D4vd, whose real name is David Anthony Burke, is an American singer-songwriter best known for his viral hits ‘Romantic Homicide’ and ‘Here With Me’. He is accused of murdering 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez, whose remains were found in a Tesla registered to him in September 2025. Burke has pleaded not guilty, and following a preliminary hearing in July, he has now been ordered to stand trial.
